Join us for a 4-hour, hands-on Cream Puffs and Éclairs class! We will guide you through the process of creating delicate French pastries, from crafting light and airy pâte à choux dough to whipping up luscious fillings and garnish. This course is great for all levels and it will ill equip you with the techniques to make stunning cream puffs and éclairs that are sure to impress.1 sessions @ 4 hrs each. |
