IFTA is a comprehensive arts enrichment and academic program for students currently in grades 6–11. Students select 4 classes they attend daily that are chosen from a brochure during the registration process. Students entering grade 9 may take the Online Health & PE (HPE9) course. The HPE9 course are only available for students who register for all 3 weeks of IFTA.

Location: Lake Braddock SS

Dates: July 8-26

Session 1: Monday, July 8 - Friday, July 19

Session 2: Monday, July 8 - Friday, July 26

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (M-F)

Transportation: Bus transportation is provided from select high schools and middle schools outside of the Lake Braddock SS pyramid. Transportation to and from these schools is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Student Class Schedules: Students should choose 4 classes based on their interest, experience, and grade entering in the fall of 2024. Final schedules consist of 4 classes that meet daily for the 3-weeks. HPE9 course have varied dates for assessments and online course progress.

Registration: Class selection is part of the registration process. Please have 4 classes identified before proceeding. Registration can be two or three weeks unless you are registering for HPE9. IMPORTANT: Do not register for three week classes if you are only attending IFTA for two weeks.
