Où en êtes-vous? Review of French Beginning 1 and 2. In this course, students will review key grammar concepts (e.g., nouns, adjectives, and adverbs; present, past and future tense) and practice and deepen their vocabulary knowledge. Additionally, students will improve their comprehension through listening and writing exercises. There is also significant pronunciation practice through basic conversations. This course is intended for beginning students: those with one or two previous courses, those with the equivalent of one semester of college French, those who do not feel quite ready for French Beginning 3, or those who want a review of Beginning 1 combined with an introduction to the key concepts from French Beginning 2. 6 sessions @ 2 hrs each. |
* Who should register? Students who are independent learners and for those who have had limited formal training in learning French.
Time Requirements: Depending on student ability and interest, students will usually devote a maximum of 2 - 3 hours per week completing class activities.
