TI05370   Home Inspection Certificate, Self-Paced (Online Anytime)

The Home Inspection Certificate Course covers the principal components, procedures, and processes of home inspection. This course has been approved by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and various home inspection organizations and regulatory boards for membership renewal and continuing education credits. You will learn how to inspect and report on heating and cooling systems, plumbing and electrical systems, roof and siding, foundation, and all major components of residential construction. Please check with your state's occupational regulating agency on licensure requirements prior to registration as guidelines vary by locality.
