We are receiving error reports from users that are using the Google Chrome web browser. At this time we recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer to complete registration.
Some users have experienced problems during the registration process. Users are reporting the following problems:
A. After verifying their registration, the payment window does not load and users see the message: “Page not loaded”
B. After clicking to verify their registration or confirm payment, the screen refreshes and doesn’t move to the next step in the registration process.

If you are experiencing problem “B”, please ensure you are using a current version of your internet browser. Supported browsers and versions are listed below. If you are using an older version, please update your browser and attempt your registration again:
Internet Explorer Version 10 or greater
Google Chrome Version 64 or greater
Safari 10 or greater
To check your browser version, please see below:
1. Click the Settings icon (gear wheel) in the top right corner
2. Click About Internet Explorer
3. Browser version is listed in the popup box

2. Click Help, then About Google Chrome
3. Browser version is listed in the popup
1. Click Safari in the menu bar at the top of the screen
2. Choose the option labeled About Safari in the drop down menu
3. Browser version will be listed.

What if I lock myself out of my account?
After three unsuccessful attempts to logon, your account will be locked. You may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 703-658-1201 or 703-506-2207 to have it unlocked. A temporary password will be provided. You will be prompted to change the temporary password when you log on.
Can I send my credit card information via email?
No. Sending personal financial information through e-mail is not secure. If you are having trouble registering with your credit card, please let us know by e-mailing us at email@example.com. You can also register by phone 703-658-1201, fax 703-658-1251, US mail, or in person at our Registration Center.
Do I need to have the software preloaded onto my computer before I begin an online course?
No. Additional software is not needed for online courses.
